Services Offered

VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to facilitate a seamless transition and enhance the overall well-being of individuals who have relocated to the Costa Blanca region ("Clients," "you," or "your"). Our services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Cultural Orientation: Providing insights and guidance to help Clients integrate into the local culture and community.

  • Wellness Guidance: Offering services on maintaining a balanced lifestyle, organizing physical activities in the Costa Blanca region.

  • Social Engagement Recommendations: Organizing social and recreational activities, clubs, and events to help Clients establish a fulfilling social life.

  • NIE Appointment: Book appointments for obtaining the Número de Identificación de Extranjero (NIE), a necessary identification number for non-Spanish residents.

  • Property Photographyhoto: Making professional photo and video content of housing properties for sales, rentals, or personal records.

  • Rental Management: Assisting Clients in managing and maintaining rental properties, including communication, property inspections, and key management.

  • Recommendations After Relocation: Offering support in handling various logistical tasks that arise after relocating, such as language classes, transportation arrangements, and more.

NIE/Residencia Appointment

VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services offers a specialized service to assist Clients in scheduling appointments for obtaining the Número de Identificación de Extranjero (NIE), a crucial identification number required for non-Spanish residents. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before utilizing this service:
 

  • Appointment Scheduling: We will make every effort to secure a convenient NIE/Residencia appointment on your behalf. Once an appointment is confirmed, we will provide you with all the necessary details, including the appointment date, time, location, and any relevant documentation you need to bring.

  • Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the required documents and materials ready for your NIE/Residencia appointment. While we will provide you with detailed information, we cannot be held responsible if you fail to bring the necessary documents or fulfill any specific requirements set by the relevant authorities.

  • Documentation and Requirements: Different circumstances may require specific documents or additional information for the NIE/Residencia appointment. We will inform you about the standard documentation needed based on our knowledge, but you must verify the latest requirements with the relevant authorities.

  • Appointment Changes or Cancellations: You have the option to request the cancellation or rescheduling of your NIE/Residencia appointment. However, it is important to understand that even if you cancel or reschedule the appointment, our service fee remains non-refundable.

  • Service Fee: Our service fee covers the coordination and scheduling of your NIE/Residencia appointment and provides you with comprehensive details and documentation. The fee does not include any government fees, charges, or expenses associated with the NIE/Residencia application process.

  • No Guarantee of Approval: While we strive to facilitate the NIE/Residencia appointment process, we cannot guarantee the approval of your NIE/Residencia application. The decision to grant or deny a NIE/Residencia rests solely with the Spanish authorities.

 

By utilizing our 'NIE appointment' service, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the documentation and requirements provided by us and the relevant authorities to ensure a successful NIE appointment.

Property Photography
 

VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services provides a specialized "Property Photography" service aimed at creating visual content for housing properties. Kindly review the following terms and conditions before utilizing this service:
 

  • Service Description: Our "Property Photography" service involves capturing high-quality photographs and videos of housing properties to showcase their features and aesthetics. These visual materials are intended for promotional and informational purposes related to property sales, rentals, or personal records.

  • Deposit PaymentTo confirm a booking for our Property Photoshoot Service, we require a 30% deposit payment. The remaining 70% of the total fee can be paid upon arrival at the shoot's location, before the shoot takes place. The 30% deposit payment is required to secure your booking and reserve the date and time for the photoshoot. This deposit is non-refundable to cover initial preparation costs, scheduling arrangements, and potential loss of other booking opportunities that may result from holding the date exclusively for your shoot.

  • Payment Terms: The remaining 70% of the total fee must be paid in full before the photoshoot commences at the agreed-upon location. We accept payment via credit card, iDeal, Apple Pay, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% deposit payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to scheduling and preparing for your photoshoot, as well as cover any administrative costs incurred.

  • Content Delivery: Once we have completed the creation of the photo and video content, we will deliver the materials via WeTransfer or a similar file-sharing platform. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access and download the files.

  • Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you download and securely store the photo and video files once they are shared with you. VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services cannot be held accountable for the safekeeping of the visual content after it has been shared. We recommend creating backup copies and maintaining secure storage to prevent loss or damage.

  • Usage Rights: Upon delivery of the photo and video content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the intended purposes stated in the service agreement. This license allows you to utilize the visual content for promotional and informational purposes related to property sales, rentals, or personal records. However, any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or alteration of the visual content is strictly prohibited.

- By using our services, you give us permission to use the photos and videos we create of your property for promotional purposes on our official website and social media channels, which may include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This permission allows us to showcase the quality and variety of services we offer to our audience. We assure you that any usage of the visual content will be done in a professional and respectful manner.
- Please note that our usage of the photos and videos on our website and social media channels will not affect your granted license to use the materials for your intended purposes. Your license remains intact, and you are still free to utilize the visual content as outlined in the original service agreement.
- We value your trust and partnership, and we appreciate your understanding of our desire to showcase the work we do. If you have any concerns or wish to discuss specific limitations or requirements regarding the usage of the visual content, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Copyright and Ownership: The copyright and ownership of the photo and video content remain with VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not claim ownership, modify, or resell the materials without our explicit consent.

  • Editing and Modifications: If you require any modifications or edits to the delivered visual content, please contact us to discuss your needs. Additional charges may apply for requested modifications.

  • Accuracy and Representation: While we strive to accurately represent the housing properties through our visual content, variations in lighting, color, and appearance may occur. Clients should use the visual materials as a reference and are encouraged to personally inspect properties before making decisions.

  • Third-Party Materials: If our service involves the use of third-party materials, such as music or licensed images, these materials will be used in compliance with relevant copyrights and licenses.

 

By utilizing our 'Photo & Videography Housing' service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. We recommend that you carefully review all details related to content delivery and usage rights. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Rental Management

VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services offers "Rental Management" services to assist property owners in managing their rental properties. Please review the following terms and conditions before utilizing this service:
 

  • Service Description: Our "Rental Management" service involves key management and being a point of contact for guests and clients.

  • Key Management: We are responsible for the secure management and exchange of keys for your rental property. Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition for guests and tenants, and uphold the security of your property.

  • Limitation of Liability: While we undertake the responsibility of key management, please note that our role is limited to facilitating access to the property. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may occur within the rental property, whether caused by tenants, guests, or any other parties. This includes but is not limited to damages, theft, or missing items.

  • Property Conditions: It is your responsibility to ensure that the rental property is properly maintained, safe, and compliant with all legal requirements. We do not assume any responsibility for the condition of the property, its amenities, or any aspects of the rental property that are beyond the scope of our service.

  • Maintenance and Repairs: We will coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repairs as instructed by you, the property owner. However, we are not responsible for the quality of work or any disputes that may arise between property owners, tenants, and service providers.

  • Tenant Relations: Our focus is on key management and being a point of contact. We are not responsible for tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, or tenant disputes.

  • Communication: It is essential to maintain open and timely communication with us regarding any changes, updates, or specific requirements related to your rental property. Clear communication ensures that our services are aligned with your needs.

 

By utilizing our 'Rental Management' service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services offers a range of activities and trainings designed to promote well-being, social engagement and community integration. While we are committed to providing enjoyable and enriching experiences, it is important to note that participation in our activities and trainings carries inherent risks. By joining our activities or training sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

  1. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own health, safety and well-being during our activities and trainings. This includes assessing their own physical fitness and health condition to determine their suitability for participation.

  2. Informed Consent: Participation in our activities implies informed consent. Participants should fully understand the nature of the activity, any potential risks involved and any personal limitations that may affect their ability to participate safely.

  3. Assumption of Risk: Engaging in physical activities, group events or training sessions may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries or unforeseen incidents. Participants assume all such risks associated with their involvement.

  4. Medical Considerations: It is recommended that participants consult with a medical professional before participating in physically demanding activities or if they have any medical conditions, physical limitations or concerns that might affect their participation.

  5. Company Liability: VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses or any other adverse events that may occur during or as a result of participation in our activities or trainings.

  6. Emergency Response: In the event of a medical emergency or injury during one of our activities, we will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or arrange for appropriate medical care. However, participants should be aware that we are not a substitute for professional medical services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to facilitate the provision of our services. You agree to engage in good faith throughout the service process and promptly notify us of any changes or concerns.

Payment and Billing

VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services offers a range of services designed to enhance your happiness, health, and comfort after relocating to the Costa Blanca region. Please review the following terms and conditions pertaining to payment and billing before engaging in our services:
 

  • Payment Methods: We utilize the secure payment system provided by WIX for processing all payments related to our services. Our accepted payment methods include credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cash Payment. By choosing to engage our services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon service fee.

  • Service Fees: The service fees for our offerings cover only the cost of providing our services and do not include any government fees, charges, or third-party expenses that may be incurred as part of the service process.

  • Upfront Payment: For your convenience and efficient service delivery, all fees are required to be paid upfront before the commencement of the chosen service. We will not initiate the service process until full payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Billing Process: Once you have selected a service and agreed to the associated fee, we will generate an electronic invoice detailing the charges. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provide during the booking or registration process.

  • Currency: All prices and fees quoted are in euros. If applicable, any currency conversion or transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds for services are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation and refund policies associated with the service you select.

  • Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our customer support team at the provided contact information. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and resolve any issues amicably.

  • Third-Party Payment Processor: Our payment processing is facilitated by WIX, a third-party payment system. You acknowledge and agree that your use of WIX for payment processing is subject to WIX's terms of service and privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Liability

While our services are intended to contribute to Clients' happiness, health, and comfort, VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We do not assume liability for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of our services.

6.
Intellectual Property

Any materials, recommendations, or guidance provided by VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for personal use only.

7.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.

Amendments

VIVA LA COSTA BLANCA Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
