Share your details and kickstart your remote NIE process
First you fill in our fully remote NIE form on our website. After that you arrange the Power of Attorney and legalise a copy of your passport/ID card by a notary or town hall depending on your country of current residence. You need to make sure that the Power of Attorney and legalised documents are provided with a so-called ‘Apostille’ and send them to us.

Recent passport photo
Once we receive all the documents, we will schedule your appointment and go to the appointment on your behalf. You’ll receive your NIE number the same day of the appointment via email.

Final steps
After your documents are legalised and sent to us, we’ll take care of making the appointment at the Policia/Extranjeria office and go on your behalf. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks after this to receive your NIE number.
